He continued to say that the association wants to have increased business management, south environmental management as well as good governance management through musicians since they have a role to play in the development of the country.
When groups started performing people started feeling the hall and the judges on that day were Gregory Gondwe of Zodiac Broadcasting station ZBSveteran musician Catherine kayange and musician Davie Kampala. Among the groups who performed that day Kula band were on first position and went away with Weekend - Various - 8000% Makina (CD), and a trophy, the second was bony mind and soul and Weekend - Various - 8000% Makina (CD) went away with k50, and the last price was k35, and was taken by the Panaronga band.
Speaking in an interview front man for Kula band Goma Nyondo said he was very happy that his group managed to become number one among the 8 groups. He continued to say that their secret is very unique and hardworking is the key to their success and advised the other groups who did not make it not to give up but to strive for success because next time it might be them to win.
Spicing the event was Tionge hango of mama Africa hit. According to KaphindeMalawi has the potential to make good movies, citing other countries like Nigeria and Ghana, prospering through movies.
